Since plumbing and electrical work require special licenses from the Commonwealth of Virginia, all work is subcontracted out. David has subcontracted, exclusively, with one plumbing company, Peck Plumbing, and one electrical company, Absolute Electric, that continue to outperformed all others in terms of knowledge, quality of workmanship, and, customer service.
David works very closely with John Peck, and, Shawn Collins long before any tools arrive on-site to ensure that a game plan has been set, and that all possible options and alternatives have been explored, including consultation with the client, to ensure the best possible outcome.
Both companies that David works with are fully licensed, insured and bonded..
